How To Clean Tiffany Jewelry

If you’re loved enough to have received a piece of Tiffany jewelry which is expensive, sought-after and beautiful from a significant other, you’ll want to keep it as beautiful as the day it came out of the box, forever. Or you have enough money and bought several pieces of jewelry as tiffany bracelets, you must hope that they always being as new as the day they have been bought. Maybe it’s simple-get them to Tiffany’s, but it’s expensive.

How to clean them by yourself and keep them be in good shape?
Here are some simple steps, you can keep your Tiffany jewelry gleaming.

* Soak gold tiffany jewelry for 15 minutes in a solution of two cups warm water and a few drops of a mild dish washing liquid. Then gently scrub with a soft-bristle toothbrush. Rinse with warm water, and dry with a soft cloth.
* Soak diamond tiffany jewelry for 20 minutes in a solution of one cup warm water and 1/4 cup ammonia. Then gently scrub with a soft-bristle toothbrush, getting into the small areas between the diamond and the setting. Rinse with warm water, and lay on a tissue to dry. If your diamonds are set in platinum, this method will also clean the setting.
* Rinse Tiffany jewellery in warm water and pat dry. If silver is tarnished, use a silver-polishing cloth or a jar of silver-cleaning fluid, (silver cleaner won’t harm gold and platinum, but it won’t clean them, either.) For jewelry with intricate designs, use a silver-cleaning paste, which can get into small crevices, (Don’t use toothpaste or other abrasive cleaners, which will scratch.) Wipe with a clean, soft cloth.

In addition, remove your jewelry before showering because soap dulls gold. Also, don’t wear it in pools, since chlorine discolors the metal.
The setting may actually be the first choice. There are only two valid ways

you can do about getting there. There are professional jewelers ready with

a wide range of previously made settings. A lot of these traditional versions

only change a bit from maker to maker.Tiffany rings has joined Howell
